Every bag is made to order; with that in mind, the average time it takes for an order to be completed and shipped out from the time the order is placed will be approximately 3 to 6 weeks. In some cased, it could be more, or it could be less. An e-mail will be sent to you at the time the order is placed and again at the time it is shipped, including your tracking information and approximate date of delivery.

cancellation / returns / exchange

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at: cancellations@g-ahn.com As long as your order has not been shipped, cancellation is possible. In this case, you will receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation and there will be no charge made to your credit card. There are no returns or exchanges; all sales are final. If you are unsure of which color you would like to choose, we will gladly send you swatches of our leather in which ever colors you wish. This request may be made by a simply contacting us at: info@g-ahn.com

repair / damage

If within the first year of purchase, you have an item that has been damaged, and it is something that may be repairable, please contact us at: repairs@g-ahn.com Please be as detailed as possible in describing the repair needed, including the date of purchase, and if possible, please attach a photo of said damage. The cost of shipping for such cases shall be incurred by the customer. Please be aware that any damage acquired may be irreparable and such findings shall be determined by g-ahn.
